While now downgraded to a tropical depression, the driving rain and wind gusts give Henri the potential to cause power outages across parts of New York, Connecticut and New Jersey. Storm Team 4 is tracking the potential for a heatwave mid-week, which could compound the danger even after Henri moves out.
