Lawyers in the criminal case of Luigi Mangione, accused of gunning down UnitedHealthcare’s CEO in front of a Manhattan hotel, have agreed to postpone any court proceedings until mid-February.

The woman accused of killing a postal worker in Harlem faced a judge in lower Manhattan on Friday. The attack happened inside a deli Thursday afternoon, as police said she stabbed the postal worker during an argument over a sandwich order. NBC New York’s Erica Byfield reports.
