The woman accused of killing a postal worker in Harlem faced a judge in lower Manhattan on Friday. The attack happened inside a deli Thursday afternoon, as police said she stabbed the postal worker during an argument over a sandwich order. NBC New York’s Erica Byfield reports.

Police said the 36-year-old worker was stabbed in the stomach, and was taken to Harlem Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. A person of interest was taken into custody. NBC New York’s Chris Jose reports.
