Rep. Antonio Delgado Appointed to Lieutenant Governor

New York Gov. Kathy Hochul announced Tuesday she has tapped U.S. Rep. Antonio Delgado as her lieutenant governor following the resignation of Brian Benjamin after his arrest on corruption charges last month.
