Parks agents try to arrest teen helping parents sell fruits at Staten Island ferry

An investigation is underway after New York City Parks agents attempted to arrest a 14-year-old girl who was helping her family sell fruits outside the Staten Island ferry terminal. Officials say the vendor is unlicensed but bystanders believe that doesn’t excuse how officers handled the situation. NBC New York’s Checkey Beckford reports.
