NYC Prepares to Enter Phase 2 of Reopening on Monday

New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio is expected to have answers for anxious restaurant owners who say they need safety guidelines to prepare for Phase II of reopening which could come as soon as next week. NBC New York’s Tracie Strahan reports.
