No Heat in NYC Building Complex

Residents at a city-owned building have had to resort to bundling up inside, keeping their ovens on and using the stovetop just to try and keep the dangerous cold at bay. NYCHA said the heat was turned back on in the Bronx complex Monday night, but tenants say once News 4 cameras left, the heat stopped working again. John Chandler returned to see what was happening.
