New video shows East River pouring into Queens-Midtown tunnel hole

The contractors who mistakenly drilled a hole in the Queens-Midtown tunnel, causing water to pour on drivers, said their barge on the East River drifted 50 feet from where they planned to drill. causing NBC New York’s Andrew Siff reports.
