New Rochelle Teen Sentenced for Stabbing Classmate

It was a crime that shocked New Rochelle, as a teen girl fatally stabbed her classmate inside a Dunkin’ Donuts in January in 2018. The killer will spend 17 years behind bars. NBC 4 New York’s Ken Buffa reports.
