Migrant Relief Center Being Moved to Randall's Island

Construction on a migrant relief center in the Bronx has stopped. Asylum seekers will not be housed there. Instead the city has changed plans for the shelter to go to Randall’s Island. News 4’s Tracie Strahan reports.
