Mayor to Declare Jersey City a ‘Sanctuary City'

The mayor of Jersey City was set to sign an executive order Friday declaring Jersey City a so-called sanctuary city, putting him at odds with President Donald Trump and Gov. Chris Christie, who have vowed to strip funds to the cities for refusing to help federal immigration authorities. Tracie Strahan reports.
