Long Island Town's Slave-Owning Past

A now-wealthy enclave in Suffolk County was founded back in the 1600s, and many families (whose names are still associated with the town) were slave owners. It’s a part of the town’s history that is hiding in plain sight, but something most were never taught about, a local historian says. NBC New York’s Greg Cergol reports.
