FBI searches homes of at least two senior aides to Mayor Eric Adams
It now appears there are three separate federal criminal investigations touching upon City Hall as well as members of the NYPD. Some of the city’s highest ranking officials were told by the feds to turn over their phones or electronic devices. No one has been charged with any wrongdoing, but the latest investigative steps appear to be an apparent major escalation by federal prosecutors looking into possible criminal wrongdoing.
