Cuomo Staffer Shot in Violence Ahead of West Indian Day Parade

A lawyer appointed to New York Gov. Cuomo’s staff was among the three people who were shot in an outburst of violence ahead of the West Indian Day Parade early Monday that also resulted in the stabbing death of a fourth person. News 4’s Katherine Creag reports.
