Cop Shooter Was Arrested Months Earlier on Gun Charge

The young man who shot a Yonkers police officer in the jaw in a dramatic firefight on a residential street Monday night was arrested in May on a weapons charge that, by law, should’ve put him in jail for up to three years, law enforcement sources familiar with the case tell the I-Team.
