Children Burned, Forced to Drink Hot Sauce: Cops

Pennsylvania investigators say four children at the center of an abuse case were living in a “house of horrors” in the town of Hazleton. Veteran detectives say it’s one of the worst cases of child abuse they have ever seen. One investigator said the children were in a prison and often times tortured as a form of punishment.
