Black Smoke Covers Jersey City as Fire Rages at Recycling Plant

Heavy smoke took over the air in the Port Liberte neighborhood of Jersey City after a fire broke out at a recycling plant. The plumes could be seen all the way in Brooklyn. NBC New York’s Gaby Acevedo reports.
