Work on 2nd Avenue subway extension set to begin in March

Those who have been eagerly awaiting the extension of the Second Avenue subway into East Harlem can get excited, as work is set to begin in March. But as for when the line will be operational, that is still a ways away. NBC New York’s Adam Harding reports.
