Video released in New York inmate death investigation

Body camera video showed the beating death of a New York state inmate. Robert Brooks was being transferred to the Marcy Correctional Facility in Oneida County, when video from Dec. 9 showed him handcuffed in a medical exam room. At one point, a correction officer can be seen with his foot on brooks’ chest while punching him. Brooks died at a hospital the next day. Warning: The video may be disturbing.
