Two NYPD chiefs ousted in police department shakeup

After NYPD Chief of Department Jeffrey Maddrey resigned amid sexual misconduct allegations he denies, another chief is out too. Commissioner Jessica Tisch removed the head of the department’s Internal Affairs Bureau, though the reason was not immediately clear. NBC New York’s Jessica Cunnington reports.
