Transit projects on hold as MTA postpones congestion pricing

We’re learning more about the MTA’s next move after Gov. Kathy Hochul called for a pause on the congestion pricing plan. Leaders held their first board meeting Wednesday, voting to not fight the move for now, and accept that multi-billion dollar budget gap. NBC New York’s Andrew Siff reports.
