Three Arrested After BLM Mural Vandalized Again

For the second time since it was painted, the Black Lives Matter mural on Fifth Avenue in midtown was vandlized, this time with blue paint dumped on it. Three people were arrested for the stunt. NBC New York’s Ray Villeda reports.
