Thousands of Long Island businesses are at risk of flooding

More than 40,000 businesses along the South Shore of Long Island are at risk of flooding. Locals fear that could drive away potential business and cost the area billions of dollars. But there is a solution that’s being floated to fix the problem. NBC New York’s Greg Cergol reports.
