Suspect who allegedly set woman on fire in NYC subway indicted on murder, arson charges

The man accused of killing a woman on the F train by setting her on fire while she slept has been charged with murder and arson. Sebastian Zapeta, a Guatemalan citizen who authorities say entered the U.S. illegally, faces first- and second-degree murder charges in connection with the heinous crime. NBC New York’s Jessica Cunnington reports.
