Suspect arrested in Upper West Side shooting that send subway riders into panic

Officers have arrested the shooter who caused chaos on the Upper West Side on Thursday, sending people on the street running in fear and subway riders ducking under seats. The suspect is 42-year-old Eduardo Diaz, who was charged with attempted murder. NBC New York’s Lynda Baquero reports.
