Suspect arrested in apparent random slashing of a tourist on the Upper West Side

Police arrested the man who they say slashed a tourist on the Upper West Side on Wednesday for no apparent reason. Surveillance video showed the suspect running up behind a group of people on West 86th Street near Columbus Avenue, with what appeared to be a knife in his hand. NBC New York’s Gaby Acevedo reports.
