Oakland, CA (Sports Network) - Stephen Jackson finished with 29 points, seven assists and seven rebounds, as the Golden State Warriors edged the New Jersey Nets, 116-112.
Monta Ellis and Jamal Crawford each scored 19 points for Golden State, which snapped a three-game losing streak and swept the two-game season series with the Nets. It is the Warriors' second win in their last eight contests.
Corey Maggette had 18 points and seven boards for Golden State, while Andris Biedrins ended with 13 rebounds and 10 points.
Seven Nets players finished in double figures, led by Devin Harris, who had 31 points, 12 assists and seven rebounds. Brook Lopez and Vince Carter each scored 14 points, Trenton Hassell added 13, and three players each had 10 -- Bobby Simmons, Keyon Dooling and Jarvis Hayes.
The Warriors trailed by two going into the fourth quarter, but two consecutive jumpers from Crawford to open the stanza put Golden State ahead, 89-87, nearly two minutes in.
The teams traded baskets, but at the midpoint of the quarter, the Warriors gained some separation with an eight-point burst. Jackson began it with a three-pointer, and his jumper closed it out for a 108-97 lead with a little under five minutes to play.
New Jersey rallied to get within 110-107 with 47 seconds to play after consecutive baskets from Harris and Carter. But on the next Golden State possession, Ronny Turiaf grabbed the offensive rebound off a Jackson miss, and Crawford got to the foul line with 23 seconds to go. He sank both, and after Carter sank a quick three, Crawford made 4-of-4 free throws to seal the game.

A back-and-forth first quarter ended with Golden State ahead, 30-28, though New Jersey built a lead in the second, stretching the lead to 60-49 with two minutes left, after consecutive buckets from Chris Douglas-Roberts and Lopez.
The Nets went into halftime leading 67-53, but the Warriors closed the gap late in the third quarter. Trailing by 11 points, Golden State reeled off nine consecutive points, including five from Jackson. Biedrins capped the run with a short shot to get the Warriors within 83-81 with just under two minutes to go. Golden State trailed 87-85 going into the fourth.
