It feels bizarre to say, but the 2023 NFL season is past the halfway mark.

Week 10 is now next up, with four teams off on their byes: the Kansas City Chiefs, Miami Dolphins, Los Angeles Rams and Philadelphia Eagles.

Thursday Night Football saw 2023 No. 1 overall pick Bryce Young and the Carolina Panthers lose 16-13 on the road against the Chicago Bears.

The action on Sunday commenced early when the Indianapolis Colts and New England Patriots faced off in Frankfurt, Germany. But Mac Jones and Co. struggled again in a 10-6 loss.

Then the usual early window featured seven games, chief among them being the San Francisco 49ers routing the Jacksonville Jaguars, the Cleveland Browns coming back versus the Baltimore Ravens and the Houston Texans upsetting the Cincinnati Bengals.

Four games formed the late window, the highlight being the Detroit Lions beating the Los Angeles Chargers 41-38 in a shootout as both teams returned from their bye.

Sunday Night Football saw the Las Vegas Raiders go to 2-0 in the Antonio Pierce era with a 16-12 win over the New York Jets.

Monday Night Football concluded the action with the Denver Broncos earning a massive 24-22 road win versus the Buffalo Bills.
