Sneak Peek at the Times Square Ferris Wheel

The Ferris wheel takes riders 110 feet in the air, and is the second time in the city’s history that Times Square will feature such a ride, with the other time coming 75 years ago after WWII ended. NBC New York’s Anjali Hemphill reports.
