Sentencing date set for Trump hush-money case: What to know

Judge Juan Merchan scheduled a sentencing for Jan. 10th, just over a week before his inauguration. The Trump team looked for the case to be dismissed, but on Friday the judge said no, dismissing the Trump team’s motions instead. NBC New York’s Melissa Russo reports.
