Sean Duffy says comprehensive safety review needed for tour choppers

The NTSB said its investigators would not speculate on a preliminary cause on Thursday’s Hudson River crash of a sightseeing helicopter. During a stop near the Jersey Shore, the nation’s top transportation official said changes are in the works. NBC New York’s Ted Greenberg reports.
