Racist text messages targeting Black Americans nationwide
A disturbing text message chain is striking fear in Black Americans nationwide. The messages make threatening references to slavery and the recipients appear to range from grade school to college and others. NBC News has learned some of these messages can be traced back to a VPN in Poland, but it doesn’t stop there. NBC New York’s Kay Angrum reports.
