Push to Rework New Jersey's Plastic Bag Ban

New Jersey has one of the strictest bag bans in the U.S., but getting rid of paper and plastic has created another problem: Too many reusable bags, especially for those using grocery delivery services. As bags pile up, so do complaints, and now there’s growing support to amend the law. NBC New York’s Lynda Baquero reports.
