Puppies rescued from Hurricane Helene arrive on Long Island

It’s been two weeks since Hurricane Helene devastated the South East. Tonight, puppies rescued from North Carolina are looking for a new home in New York. News 4 New York’s Pei-Sze Cheng reports.
