Protester Sues NYPD After Pepper-Sprayed at BLM March

Video showed a Black Lives Matter protester at a demonstration in Brooklyn in summer 2020 when his mask was ripped off by an NYPD officer and was pepper-sprayed at close-range. He is now suing the department. NBC New York’s Erica Byfield reports.
