President Trump signs order to to eliminate Department of Education

President Trump signed an executive order to shut down the U.S. Department of Education. Although the president doesn’t have the authority do so on his own, closing the DOE would take an act of congress. So what might come next? NBC New York’s Erica Byfield reports.
