Potential revival of congestion pricing could be imminent: What to know

New York Gov. Kathy Hochul is expected to revive the controversial congestion pricing plan as soon as Thursday, with some reports saying it will come with a 40% reduction across the board and a a lower base fare for cars, as well as trucks and buses. NBC New York’s Checkey Beckford reports.
