Police identify victims in deadly plane crash on I-684 near New York-Connecticut line

Detectives said Jacob Friedman of Monsey, New York, was a passenger on the plane that crashed on I-684 near the New York-Connecticut border when it was trying to land after the engine failed. Friedman died in the crash, while the pilot suffered injuries as well. NBC New York’s Romney Smith reports.
