Police arrested six members of a South American burglary ring on Long Island — but five of the men who were arrested are back on the run after the charges they face did not qualify them to be held on bail. Three of them even cut off their GPS monitoring devices and discarded them in New Jersey. NBC New York’s Greg Cergol reports.
