Plans for major makeover just off Seaside Heights boardwalk

A transformation could be in the works for some prime real estate along the Jersey Shore, as a developer wants to build a high-end hotel complex that would take up nearly an entire block in Seaside Heights, replacing three motels. It could help fill a void for vacationers but not everyone is sold on the idea. NBC New York’s Ted Greenberg reports.
