Officers accuse NJ town's police chief of ‘disgusting' acts of misconduct, harassment

An attorney for the police officers in North Bergen said he has “never seen anything remotely resembling something like this” in regards to the allegations lodged against the police chief. Chief Robert Farley allegedly defecated on the office floor, jabbed an officer’s privates with a hypodermic needle and laced the office coffee with Adderall and Viagra.
