NYPD ramps up patrols amid potential violence, threats to synagogues across New York

New York Gov. Kathy Hochul is condemning threats phoned in to synagogues across the state during the Jewish high holy days. Late Friday afternoon, the FBI and Homeland Security warned of potential violence as we approach the one-year mark since the Oct. 7 terror attacks in Israel. NBC New York’s Erica Byfield reports.
