NYPD officer and bystander shot in Queens; armed robbery suspect dead

An officer was shot in the leg and another bystander was struck by a bullet while shopping in the Jamaica neighborhood. Both are expected to make a full recovery, police said, while the man suspected of opening fire during robberies at two shops on Tuesday was killed by officers. NBC New York’s Chris Jose reports.
