NYPD investigates after 4-year-old boy found dead inside Harlem apartment

A mother was being questioned by police after her 4-year-old son was found dead in their Harlem home. Law enforcement sources said the child appeared to be malnourished. NBC New York’s Jessica Cunnington reports.
