NYPD holding out hope for new clues in cold case of child's remains found in Bronx

A child’s body was found at a Bronx sewer facility two years ago, in what has become a cold case mystery. The child’s identity is still unknown, but NYPD detectives hope someone comes forward with answers. NBC New York’s Marc Santia reports.
