NYC's congestion pricing plan put on hold indefinitely: What to know for NY and NJ

In a stunning reversal just weeks before the plan was set to start, New York Gov. Kathy Hochul slammed the brakes on congestion pricing, indefinitely postponing the new toll for drivers entering the heart of Manhattan.
