NYC spraying Central Park and multiple neighborhoods to reduce West Nile risk

A rise in West Nile virus throughout the U.S. has the city taking action to prevent more infections. The CDC has reported fewer than 10 cases throughout the tri-state for now, but the city’s Health Department will spray for mosquitoes Monday night in Central Park and upper Manhattan, then hitting southwest Brooklyn on Wednesday. NBC New York’s Erica Byfield reports.
