NYC restaurants offering congestion pricing discounts

Congestion pricing has taken a bite out of some commuters’ wallets, but a few Manhattan restaurants are helping to ease the financial burden of the new toll on their guests — by offering discounts to negate the cost of entering the so-called Congestion Relief Zone.
