NYC mayor's race: No formal signs of Adams campaign yet, but may take shots at rivals

Mayor Adams has repeatedly said he’s running for reelection, but there are few public signs of that. His campaign doesn’t have an active website, he has not hired a campaign staff, he’s not asking for any endorsements and there are questions about whether he can win. But on Tuesday, he suggested he’s getting ready to take some shots at his rivals. NBC New York’s Melissa Russo reports.
