NY Democrats speak during Night 1 of DNC before Biden passes torch to Harris

Bidding farewell to the party he’s served for half a century, President Joe Biden returned for his 13th Democratic National Convention on Monday, this time as an incumbent president passing the torch to Vice President Kamala Harris. His keynote speech came after a number of prominent New York Democrats spoke earlier in the night. NBC New York’s Andrew Siff and Melissa Russo report from Chicago.
